Our ReActive Care agreement is designed to provide monitoring, reporting and automated fixes from our system at a lesser price than our fixed fee and you can call us whenever you need us at a reduced hourly rate. ProActive Care and Cloud Hosted includes all IT work, whether that’s remote, or onsite. The ProActive agreement also allows additional op- tions which are described below.
Great managed services ensure your system is running at its absolute best and is monitored to ensure problems are fixed either before they happen, or shortly after.
Each of these services include response times and a singular monthly invoice which includes all product services (Office 365, Managed Backup)
The On-Premise agreements (ReActive and ProActive) operate with device-based licencing. The Cloud Managed Agreement (CSA) is split into Server Support and User licencing.
